Drone Light Show
The City of Westland will be featuring a drone light show sponsored by Buccilli Group on Friday night starting at 10:45pm!
Fireworks
This will be the biggest and best fireworks show Westland has ever seen! Fireworks sponsored by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, will begin at 10:30pm on Saturday, August 3rd 2024.
Family Fun Zone
Friday 4-7pm | Saturday 11am - 7pm
Bring the whole family out to the Blues, Brews, and Barbecue and let the kids enjoy tons of fun in the Family Fun Zone! It will feature Arts & Crafts, Magicians, Jugglers, Inflatables, Sing-a-Longs & Glitter Tattoos!
Special Appearances by DJ Lutalo& the Westland Fire Department on Saturday 2pm-4pm!
BLUES | Live Music
There will be live music from some great talent all day long! Main stage will include genres of Blues, Rock, Jazz and much more! The Kid stage will feature interactive acts, magic shows, and more.
BREWS | Beer Tent
Blues, BREWS and Barbeque will have a huge beer tent with endless options of brews. There will be a beverage for everyone to enjoy!
& BARBECUE
There will be a array of food from some great vendors and food trucks through out Blues, Brews and Barbecue! Food will feature different kinds of cuisines such as Barbecue of course, as well as Mexican, Italian, Carnival foods like elephant ears and much more. There will be something for everyone to enjoy!
Barbecue Competition
This is a chance for us to acknowledge the "3 Best BBQ'ers" at Blues, Brews, and Barbecue. Each winner will earn a plaque and the first place winner will have their name added to our City Hall trophy for all of the public to see (kind of like the Stanley Cup). Voting to take place starting Friday at 5:00pm and ends Saturday at 8:00pm. The 3 winners will be announced on stage with Westland Mayor and our BBQ Sponsor.
