Drone Light Show
The City of Westland will be featuring a drone light show sponsored by Westland Car Care on Friday night, August 1st, 2025, starting at 10:45pm!
Fireworks
This will be the biggest and best fireworks show Westland has ever seen! Fireworks sponsored by LIV Cannabis will begin at 10:30pm on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025.
Kids Fun Zone
Friday 4pm - 7pm | Saturday 11am - 7pm
Bring the whole family out to the Blues, Brews, and Barbecue and let the kids enjoy tons of fun in the Family Fun Zone! Featuring exhilarating inflatables, creative arts and crafts, captivating magic shows, live music, and more.
Special Appearance by The Westland Fire Department and one of their fire trucks on Saturday, August 2nd, 2pm-4pm!
BLUES | Live Music
There will be live music from talented artists all day long! The Main Stage will include genres of Blues, Rock, Jazz and much more! The Kid stage will feature interactive acts, magic shows, and other entertainment for the whole family.
BREWS | Beer Tent
Blues, BREWS and Barbeque will have a huge beer tent with endless options of brews. There will be a beverage for everyone to enjoy!
& BARBECUE
There will be an array of food from some great vendors and food trucks throughout Blues, Brews and Barbecue! Food will feature different kinds of cuisines, such as Barbecue, of course, as well as kettle corn, deep-fried goodness and other festival favorites like elephant ears and more. There will be something for everyone to enjoy!
Barbecue Competition
This is a chance for us to acknowledge the "3 Best BBQ'ers" at Blues, Brews, and Barbecue. Each winner will earn a plaque and the first place winner will have their name added to our City Hall trophy for all of the public to see.
Voting to take place starting Friday at 4:00pm and ends Friday at 11:00pm.
The 3 winners will be announced on stage with Westland Mayor on Saturday!
Cornhole Tournament
The City of Westland's Blues, Brews & Barbecue festival just got a whole lot more exciting! Mi Chaos Cornhole is thrilled to announce that it will be hosting an inaugural cornhole tournament at this year's event, bringing a fun and competitive twist to the classic backyard game.
The tournament will take place on Saturday, August 2nd, from Noon - 3 PM.
